Steel is melted in an electric arc furnace with furnace steel processing plants to the ladle furnace with evacuation , argon purging and subsequent casting to continuous casting . Narrow range of alloying elements , the metal ultra low content of harmful impurities ( sulfur and phosphorus 0.005 % to 0.008 % ) and low gas and nonmetallic inclusions in the possibility of delivery of the workpiece machined condition.
